Ghajini, Old but Gold Bollywood Movie (Review)

Last night I just finished rewatch one of the My Favorite Bollywood movie played by Aamir Khan entitled Ghajini. This 15-year-old film can still make me hypnotized like I used to when I first watched it on TV during my high school.

So what this movie about? let’s check it out

(btw this is my very-first english review, so Please understand if you find a lot of grammatical errors, still i hope you will enjoy my review)

Sanjay Singhania is the CEO of the Big Company, Air Voice. Young, handsome, smart, energetic and has everything ,  although he was well-known but people don't know how Sanjay Singhania's figure and face was, he doesn't like being exposed to the media.

One day his company intends to build a building in a certain location, however there is one person who does’nt want to sold her land to the company. Stuck in negotiation,  Finally Sanjay told his subordinates to meet the landowner who was our female lead in this film, Kalpana. 

Kalpana is an advertising star who works for a small advertising company. The arrival of people from AirForce who represented by Sanjay Singhania to Kalpana’s  small company really made big scene there,  they could not understand what made people from companies as large as Air Voice come to that place. After they vaguely eavesdropped on the debate between Kalpana and his guests, her co-workers including the Boss concluded that it was a romance matter between Kalpana and CEO of Air Voice. 

After ‘The Guest’ go, they trying to get confirmation from Kalpana regarding her relationship with big boss, actually at that time Kalpana was thinking that ‘The Guest’ was only an usual employee of Air Force, but she still let that misleading continue, after all no one knowing real face of Air Voice’s CEO face. So, Kalpana agreed and even added imaginary stories about their love story, about how they met to how the love continued to beg for her love but continued to be rejected by Kalpana hohoho. Everyone believes, since then Kalpana has become famous, his career has risen to various magazines until television stations started to reporting that news. 

"Actually, we met at Delhi Airport, I don't know if he was Sanjay Singhania. At the airport lobby he kept looking at me. When he was boarded, he sat beside me.”

"Hi, I'm Sanjay Singhania.”

“and I only answered HAI.“

“That's when I knew he was Sanjay. From Delhi to Bombay he keeps talking, I just listen. Then suddenly he said, I love you, will you marry me". 

“I said ‘Are you crazy?’ I said NO. He said "Please". 

“I said NO. And he said pleaseeeeee, he kept begging. Then I say "OK" How can I refuse if he keeps begging like that. That's more or less the story.

Kalpana keeps repeated this imaginary story of hers every time someone is asked about her love story with Sanjay. Eventually the news became more crowded and reached Sanjay SSinghania's ears, he was very angry and intended toconfront the girl, asking for explanation directly from her.

Arriving there, Kalpana even thought that Sanjay was a job seeker who wanted to take part in the casting, and instead he had to listen to the girl's babbling about her love story. Sanjay can only be speechless and finally he lost his initial purpose to coming there, instead he introduces himself as Sachin, the ordinary young man.

Starting from there they began to become close each other, Sanjay disguised as Sachin quickly fell in love with the girl, her kindness and concern for others made him fall in love. 

One day Kalpana’s company held a dinner party, proudly they were invited Sanjay Singhania as the special guest.  Kalpana telling Sachin to keep ‘pretend’ to be Sanjay Singhania at the Kalpana company party, however she thinking that no one knowing actual face of Sanjay Singhania so she was sure that her lie not gonna exposed.

and that lie becoming a great success *of course!* 

After some time Sachin who already fall in love with that girl  finally expressed his feelings to Kalpana. Kalpana accepts his love. He still not say about his actual identity to kalpana, still looking for best time to tells.

One day Sanjay would go to London for some business, to Kalpana he said that he would return to the village of his hometown because his mother was seriously ill, he intended to sell his land in the village for the treatment of his mother. Kalpana who wanted to help Sanjay unexpectedly sell her beloved car that had just been bought and innocently gave the money to Sachin, to help Sachin buy medication for his mom.

Sanjay flew to London with his private jet,  holding a bundle of money from Kalpana, He actually saw the girl's sincerity, he determined himself that after his return from London he would reveal his true identity to kalpana

…………….

But a tragedy happened, making them have to separate forever. Turning Sanjay into a very different figure full of anger and revenge. Men with memories that only last for 15 minutes

What happened?How does the revenge continue? Well I'll stop my spoiler here, watch for yourself and feel the sensation that will make your feelings mix and don't prepare a box of tissue
